Quality Control
PPR has upgraded and intensified our efforts to provide our customers with paperwork that reflects our Quality
Control Program. Our office staff along with our production employees collaborate to complete detailed
documentation from the initial receipt of a pump to the final rebuild. The Exit Report is provided to the customer after
delivery in a digital format via email. We also keep a paper record and digital file so that at any time we are able to
answer specific questions regarding your repair.
Documentation Included:

Detailed inspection reports with “As Found” photos
•
Written workscope outlining each area of repair
•
Specific findings and suspected cause of failure
•
Shop Traveler documenting each step in the repair
•
“As Built” reports with clearances and photos
•
Any associated paper work such as Balance Report, Job Record,
Delivery Tickets, etc.
